Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings defined below:
- “Gamixa” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to gamixa.pk, a gaming top-up platform based in Multan, Pakistan.
- “Platform” refers to the website gamixa.pk and all its pages, features, and services.
- “User” / “You” / “Customer” refers to any person who visits, registers on, or places an order through our platform.
- “Top-Up” refers to any digital in-game currency, diamonds, UC, coins, credits, or tokens purchased through Gamixa.
- “Order” refers to a request placed by a customer to purchase a top-up for a specific game or app.
- “Services” refers to all digital top-up services provided by Gamixa through its platform.
Use of Our Platform
By accessing and using gamixa.pk, you agree to the following conditions of use:
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use our platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when placing orders, including your correct Player ID, Game UID, and Server ID.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purposes.
- Gamixa reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.
Account Registration
Some features of Gamixa may require you to create an account. When registering:
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information including your name, email address, and phone number.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at info@gamixa.pk.
- Gamixa reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that are found to be fraudulent, inactive, or in violation of these terms.
- One person may not create multiple accounts to exploit offers, discounts, or promotions.
Orders & Payments
When placing an order on Gamixa, the following terms apply:
- All prices displayed on gamixa.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
- Gamixa accepts payments via JazzCash, Easypaisa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer.
- An order is only confirmed after successful payment verification by our system.
- You are responsible for entering the correct Player ID, Game UID, and Server ID before completing payment.
- Gamixa reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious, and issue a full refund in such cases.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at order confirmation is the final price.
Top-Up Delivery
Gamixa processes and delivers all top-ups digitally. The following terms govern our delivery service:
- Top-ups are delivered directly to your in-game account within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
- Most top-ups are processed within minutes, but delivery time may vary depending on the game publisher’s servers.
- Gamixa is not responsible for delays caused by game publisher server maintenance or technical issues beyond our control.
- Once a top-up has been successfully delivered and credited to your in-game account, the transaction is considered complete and final.
- If a top-up is not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment, you are entitled to contact our support team for resolution.
Refunds & Cancellations
As a digital services platform, Gamixa follows a strict but fair refund policy:
- Refunds are only applicable if a top-up fails or is not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
- Once a top-up has been successfully delivered, no refund or cancellation will be processed.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been confirmed and processing has begun.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order with your Order ID and payment proof.
- Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3โ7 business days.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on gamixa.pk:
- Using our platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised transactions.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our platform or services.
- Providing false information when placing orders, including fake Player IDs or payment details.
- Initiating false or fraudulent chargeback claims against Gamixa for successfully delivered top-ups.
- Reselling top-ups purchased from Gamixa without prior written permission.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers, discounts, or any other benefits.
- Using automated bots or scripts to access, scrape, or abuse our platform in any way.
Intellectual Property
All content on gamixa.pk โ including the logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, and product listings โ is the intellectual property of Gamixa and is protected under applicable Pakistani and international laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our platform without prior written permission from Gamixa.
- Game names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on our platform belong to their respective game publishers and developers.
- Gamixa is an independent top-up service provider and is not officially affiliated with any game publisher unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gamixa shall not be held liable for:
- Any loss of in-game progress, items, or currency resulting from a game publisher’s decision, including account bans.
- Delays in top-up delivery caused by game server maintenance or technical issues beyond Gamixa’s control.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.
- Losses resulting from a customer providing incorrect Player ID, Game UID, or Server ID information.
- Any third-party payment gateway failures, delays, or errors that affect transaction processing.
Privacy Policy
Your use of gamixa.pk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to keeping your personal and payment information secure. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Changes to Terms
Gamixa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. When changes are made:
- The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
- For significant changes, we will notify registered users via email or a notice on our website.
- Your continued use of gamixa.pk after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply in full force and effect.
