We want every Gamixa customer to have a smooth and satisfying experience. Please read this policy carefully to understand when refunds are applicable for our digital top-up services.

Our Refund Policy Overview
At gamixa.pk, we provide digital gaming top-up services. Since all our products are digital and delivered electronically, they are generally non-returnable. However, we fully stand behind our service quality and will issue a refund if a top-up fails or is not delivered to your account.
When Are You Eligible for a Refund?
You are eligible to request a refund in the following situations:
- Top-up not delivered: Your payment was successful but the in-game currency, diamonds, UC, or credits were not added to your account within 24 hours.
- Technical failure: A verified technical error on our platform prevented the top-up from being processed or delivered.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error.
- Service unavailable: The game or top-up service was unavailable on our platform at the time of purchase and we were unable to fulfill the order.
When Are You NOT Eligible for a Refund?
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Top-up successfully delivered: Once the in-game currency has been credited to your account, the transaction is final and no refund can be processed.
- Wrong Player ID entered by customer: If you entered an incorrect Player ID, Game UID, or Server ID, Gamixa is not responsible. Please double-check your details before ordering.
- Change of mind: Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind after a successful top-up delivery.
- Account banned by game publisher: If your game account gets banned by the publisher after a successful top-up, Gamixa is not liable for any refund.
- Purchased wrong top-up amount: If you accidentally ordered the wrong denomination (e.g., 100 UC instead of 300 UC) and it was delivered successfully, no refund applies.
- Delays caused by the game server: Some games may take time to credit top-ups due to server maintenance or delays on the game publisher’s side. This is outside Gamixa’s control.

How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, follow these simple steps:
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved by our team, here are the expected timelines:
- JazzCash / Easypaisa: Refund processed within 1โ3 business days.
- Credit / Debit Card: Refund may take 3โ7 business days depending on your bank.
- Bank Transfer: Refund processed within 3โ5 business days.
Wrong Game ID / Player ID
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct Player ID, Game UID, and Server ID before completing an order. Gamixa processes top-ups based entirely on the information you provide.
- If a top-up is delivered to the wrong account due to an incorrect Player ID entered by the customer, Gamixa cannot reverse or recover it.
- No refund will be issued in this case as the service was successfully delivered based on the provided details.
- Always double-check your Player ID and Server ID inside the game before placing an order.
Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed the same order twice and both were charged, please contact us immediately:
- Report the duplicate order within 24 hours of the transaction.
- Provide both Order IDs and payment receipts to help us identify the duplicate.
- If both top-ups were already delivered to your account, only one may be eligible for a refund.
- If the duplicate order was not yet delivered, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
